QuoteMate is a trade quoting platform for UK contractors. It helps you build and save quotes using your own pricing rules and job inputs.

Accounts and access

• We use magic-link login. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Pricing rules and UK defaults

• You configure your own pricing rules.
• UK defaults are reference starting points only. Adjust them to match your merchant.

Quote accuracy disclaimer

• Quotes depend on your inputs, measurements, and settings.
• Material prices vary by supplier and region and can change at any time.
• You must verify material costs with your suppliers.
• QuoteMate is not responsible for underquoting or overquoting caused by incorrect settings, wrong measurements, supplier price differences, or changes after a quote is created.

No advice

QuoteMate is provided as-is and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Subscriptions and billing

• Trials and entitlements may change over time.
• Billing is handled by Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of the paid period.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteMate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or other liabilities that cannot be excluded.
